    Living in an apartment managed by Kleemax Properties has been an absolute pleasure. I have called a Kleemax apartment home for the past 3 years and have had an overwhelmingly positive experience. When a maintenance request is submitted, it is addressed quickly and efficiently, often being resolved within hours of submission. Further, the apartment is nestled in the heart of the Hyde Park community, which is my favorite part of the city by far. Altogether, I would recommend the Kleemax experience.

    I absolutely love living in the Hyde Park/Oakley area, thanks to Kleemax Properties. I have been a resident of theirs for the past 5 years.     Can't say enough good things about my building and the Kleemax Properties Staff. It is a great location, so convenient to shopping and restaurant's.
